Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — we'll let you know the estimated processing time on the product page or after purchase.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and start after your order leaves our warehouse. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather, or peak seasons.
3. Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, customs clearance (for international orders), or force majeure events.
- International customers: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping charges.
- If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can help file a claim.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers — please provide a physical address.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item(s).
- For missing packages, we'll work with the carrier to investigate (usually takes 5–14 days).
